It is a perfect solution for homeowners unable or unwilling to remodel their homes. Lynne Abreu-Martin, a professional Visual Coordinator and Instructor, will apply the proven Visual Coordination technique to your home using all your existing furniture, art and accessories. In addition, if there are items you wish to add, this service will give you clear direction for purchasing what you really need, avoiding costly mistakes.
We are so confident you will love our work, IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR NEW ROOM, WE WILL PUT IT ALL BACK AND YOU PAY NOTHING!
Rates
The cost of a Room Tune-up is $500 for the first room and $250 for each additional room. Discounts are given if multiple rooms are addressed in the same appointment. There is no one thing you could buy for your home that gives you the dramatic change a Room Tune-up provides.
How does it work? To begin, call our office to schedule your complimentary room evaluation. This is a time for Lynne, to get to know you, your home and learn about the contents of your home that are important to you. It is during this time that we assess the amount of help we need to perform your Room Tune-up and give you a price for our service. If you choose to proceed with a Room Tune-up, we will schedule the service at this time. Upon completion of your Room Tune-up, we will leave you with a list of recommendations for any items needed to fully complete your new room. If you choose to have us help you find the “final touches”, design consultation is available for an hourly fee of $100.00 per hour.
